Raw Material Testing
Aggregate gradation, particle size and impurities. Cement certification and storage control. Water quality: pH, chlorides, and sulphates.
Lab & Mix Design Control
Mix design validation for target strength. Fresh concrete tests: slump, temperature, density. Trial mixes and admixture dosage adjustment.
Batching & Production QC
Automated proportioning with moisture compensation. Routine calibration of load cells and mixers. Continuous parameter monitoring.
On-Site QC
Slump and temperature checks at delivery. Cube sampling and correct curing procedures. Monitoring placement conditions and workability.
Final Strength & Certification
Strength testing at 7, 14, and 28 days. Recording strength gain and issuing QC certificates. Non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.

Super Crete for Ready-Mix Concrete & Concrete Products LLC is established in Hassia Industrial City, Homs Governorate, Syria. Installation of the 120+ m³/hour production line commences.
Full Production Launch
SUPERCRETE achieves full operational capacity. The in-house laboratory is commissioned and the Quality Control programme is fully activated across all production stages.
